How do I return?

It has never been simpler to exchange your Wooden Watch from ELFEN! We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every wooden timepiece from ELFEN.If for some reason, you are unsure of the watch and wish to return or exchange it, below is the process :

• At ELFEN we offer free returns and Excahnges.
• Enter your email address and order number( don't forget to put # in front of order no. Eg: #1004) in the fields above and click Start.
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are Returnable or Exchangable?

For the processing of returns we must receive a return request within 5 days of receiving your watch. The watch should be in original condition inside original packaging. Upon successfully receiving your watch, you will be refunded in your original mode of payment.

In case of COD orders , upon receiving your watch ,you will be shared a payment retrieval link using which you can claim your refund amount in your desired mode of payment (eg: your bank acc, card and many more)

For the exchange, we must receive an exchange request within 14 days of receiving your watch!!

PS - Please mention the watch model name you want in exchange for your current watch in the customer note when raising your exchange request (Don't forget to do this in case of an exchange)
In case of an exchange , if the exchanged watch is priced less than the original watch , the remaining amount will be provided to you as a store credit.
As soon as you place your return or exchange request, within 3 days our logistics partner will pick up the watch from you!!
