Exchange Policy

At ELFEN Wooden Watches, we currently do not offer returns or refunds on purchases.

However, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of our Exchange Policy.

The watch must be returned in its original, unused condition, along with the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase. Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be eligible for exchange.

For exchange-related assistance, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day exchange period.

Note: Exchange eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by ELFEN Wooden Watches.
