Yes! The size of your watch can be adjusted by removing some links from the strap. This is easily done by a jeweler, a watchmaker, or yourself. Alternatively we send the strap removal tool along with the watch. You can use it to remove watch wood-links to fit your wrist

Your watch can always fit you perfectly!

Our watches are 3TM splash proof, but not completely waterproof. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water. Cliff jumping off of a 100-foot cliff into the pacific ocean is not recommended. 

 

*Considering we use 100% all-natural wood, prolonged exposure to water isn't recommended. Over time water will penetrate the wood and can leave stains.

Currently we are shipping just across india, but we will soon be shipping the watches to other countries too.

For Tier 1 Cities , shipping usually take 2 to 3 business days

For Tier 2 Cities, shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days. 

For Tier 3 Cities, shipping usually takes 5 to 7 business days. 

Our processing time is usually 1-2 business days depending on demand. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as it's shipped!

Prepaid orders are given the maximum priority and 99% of the prepaid orders are shipped the same day if they have been placed before 2 PM (IST).

COD orders might take more than 1 to 2 days to get shipped!!

Yes, they are. The wood we use originates from all over the world and is selected in several criteria. Our top priority is to be sustainable and to deliver high grade products to our customers.

As we use 100% natural wood with a very little processing, the wooden finish stays along for a considerable amount of time.

In fact, these watches actually get better with time in terms of color and texture. The more they get in touch with your wrist, the more it absorbs natureat sweat of your body and improve in texture

For most of our watches we use a high quality, high precision, Japanese Quartz 6P20 Movement. 

 

Some of our watches features a Japanese Automatic Movement and so it doesn't have a battery - it's powered through your everyday motions!

The batteries we use in our wooden watches are replaceable. Any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. 

You can keep the watch vital by giving it some occasional attention. Make a mixture of olive oil with lemon in equal proportions. Use a cotton bud to apply the mixture to the wood and allow it to dry.

We place specific attention to provide you with a high quality ELFEN. However if you are not satisfied with your Elfen for whatsoever reason, you can place a return request using the link below :

Note : You can place a return request within 5 days of receiving the watch. Post that our systems will not accept your return request!!

In case you wish to exchange your Elfen, we offer the following 2 types of exchange :

1. You wish to exchange your watch with the same watch
2. You wish to exchange your watch with a different watch

Exchange my Elfen

In first case : If you wish to replace your Elfen with the same model, that is fairly simple, just select the same model when prompted to ask for your replacement model. Our return shipping partner will pick the watch from your location. Once we receive your watch, the replacement watch will be shipped the very same day

In second case : If you wish to replace your Elfen with a different model, select that model when prompted to ask for your replacement model. Follwing 2 scenarios arise in this case :

• If your new watch is highly priced than your current watch, a COD order of "Difference Amount" will be created and you need to pay the difference amount at the time of delivery. For e.g. your current watch is of Rs.5000 , while your new watch is of Rs.7000 , then a COD(Cash On Delivery) order will be created for Rs.2000 which you will need to pay at the time of receiving your watch
• If your new watch is priced low than your current watch. In that case , we owe you the difference amount and that diference amount will be credited to your original payment mode from our side once you receive your replacement watch.

Note : You can raise an exchange request within 14 days of receiving the watch. Post that our systems will not be able to accept any exchange requests

Return/Exchange Your Elfen

Yes there is 1 Year Brand Warranty

Every product is produced with an eye for quality, both on the workmanship and the materials that are used. Before a product is sent out, it has undergone multiple tests to ensure a high grade product quality. From the date of delivery the product is warranted for a period of no longer than 1 year. .

This limited warranty can only be used if the product is used in accordance with the care and operations instructions. Any damage to abnormal usage and wear are not covered by the warranty. Moreover, ELFEN will not be responsible for loss or damage connected to the use of its products, nor the life of the battery. The batteries are replaceable.
